In a press conference together with Executive members of UASU chapters from Kenyatta University, Kisii University, JKUAT, Machakos University, Meru, Garrissa Universities, and Technical university of Kenya physically present and supported by all the other chapters stand to guard against constitutional manipulation. UoN chapter stands firm against National Office’s ‘Executive Impunity’ Bid.
While addressing the media in the iconic Great Court, the UoN Chapter Leadership stood firm in the effort by the National Office to manipulate changes to the UASU Constitution. In effect, such changes were bound to entrench a culture of executive impunity by the National Office. We are glad to always be the lode star in guiding the future of UASU.
