Today 14th March 2022, UASU – UoN yet again added a milestone to its portfolio. The Chapter was formally invited to take a seat in the University Senate, a first in ALL Chapters of UASU country wide. The Union graciously accepted this invitation in the spirit of inclusion and that Union MUST be at the table where decision making is taking place. We remain steadfast in our resolve to protect our members’ labour rights and will be vigilant in our role to make Senate even more robust.
